Chest-Supported Rowing on Loaded Arms

• Plate-loaded row: weight plates go on the horns, not a selectorized stack
• Chest pad supports the torso and takes the load off the lower back
• Two long handles reach forward at chest height and pull back past the torso
• Weight horns run down both uprights of the frame for progressive loading
• Seat pad adjusts on the centre column; footrest at the base
• 3 mm steel tube, CE and ISO9001 certified, wooden box packing

Plate-Loaded Arms

Horns on Both Sides of the Frame

• Three weight horns per side for plates
• Plates load outside the pivot, away from the user
• No selectorized stack, so resistance is limited only by plate stock
• Pivot bearings carry the arm load to the frame

Support for the Rowing Line

• Chest pad is fixed to the frame in front of the seat
• Long arms carry the handles forward and above the chest pad
• The pull brings the handles down and back toward the torso
• Grip width suits a pronated row
